Same as on Blackboard (except Bb only hosts links to mp4 files, which can be individually downloaded if you want).

What's the difference between the links for each date? 

• Dated link will give you a webpage that hosts the video -- and you can use this link to download the video to your own device (PC: right click, Save Video As...).
• mp4 link will give you the same video but without the webpage. (And you won't be able to click any buttons embedded for outside resources inside.)

     Use the dated link if you want interactive buttons that will
     take you to outside websites/videos.
